‘So much more than just a Wrapping Service’

Two wrappers were stationed at London Luton Airport to wrap items for travelers who purchased goods from the World Duty-Free store. The concept was inspired by the famous scene from Love Actually, where Rowan Atkinson provides a 5-star wrapping service in a department store. We used specially printed, client-supplied wrapping paper and materials, and ensured that the tools we used complied with the security process for contractors since we were airside. Customers appreciated the free gift wrapping service, and it also encouraged them to purchase more items, as they could get everything done in one go.
